Return & Refund Policy – Dropica

At Dropica, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • The return request is raised after 5 days of delivery
  • The product is returned without original packaging or essential components

Return Shipping

In certain cases, a return shipping fee may be applicable. If applicable, this amount will be adjusted against the final refund value.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Additional Information

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Dropica reserves the right to accept or reject return requests after evaluation
