Delivery Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with tracking details.

Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. However, delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Address Change Policy

Customers may request a change in delivery address only before the order is shipped.

  • Once the order has been shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.
  • If an address change is possible after shipment, it will be subject to courier approval and additional charges.

Important Note on Address Change After Shipment:

If a customer requests an address change after the order has been shipped, the following charges will apply:

  • The original shipping cost (already incurred for dispatch to the initial address), and
  • The additional courier charges for redirecting the shipment to the new address.

These charges will be deducted from any applicable refund or must be paid separately before redirection is processed.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control. However, we will fully assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery:

  • Re-shipping will incur additional shipping charges.
  • Refunds (if applicable) may exclude shipping costs.
